      Pros

      Large company, seems to be a lot of room to develop and move ahead. Very large projects that you can learn a lot from.

      Cons

      This is not a homogeneous company but a collection of different companies that were gathered under the same banner. Those differences affect a lot of the operations and make it hard to move between roles or offices.

      Pros

      Don't think this company deserves any pros, they are very good at getting rid of skilled staff & keeping the unwanted ones and paying them bunch load of $$$ for nothing. Good on You !

      Cons

      Environment team in Newcastle, Australia is misleading it's Clients with wrong Reports and charging the clients for doing nothing apart from copying & pasting the reports from other sources. Those whoever thinking to join, please think thrice as you might be leaving your bread & butter for nothing.

      Good procedure with regard to company system. Aecom looks after their staff by paying well and lots of benefits.

      Cons

      As Aecom is a big company with lots of employees, it is difficult to communicate well
