Plenty of learning oppurtunities, being in contact with various Clients across the US, learning more about the Software side of the service as well as through the clients view. Helpful colleagues, good work environment, challenging but not overbearing work.
Cons
The only issue for me was since it was an American company, and I was working remotely from Turkey, was that the timing was not sustainable as work would start late in the day and end very late in the night. It was adversely affecting my health, routine and general quality of life. Besides the hours, I was very happy with the company and I believe I can safely say they were happy with me also.
