      The safety and well being of the employees is always a priority and conduct a yearly routine emergency evacuation for all the staff.

      Cons

      The crowd is unpredictable and can at times be dangerouse to be around them .

      Really value employees through giveaways, sales contests, rewards, and opportunities to receive the benefits of living in Los Angeles. Allows room to grow, ability to have a voice, and ability to network.

      Cons

      Not as much direction, follow-through, and reason given to choices and decisions made. Lack of awareness of little things that put employees in best position to succeed.
