Great location to work at LA Live and Staples center.

Cons

Hours are long, especially during NBA and NHL season. Off seasons are slow and boring.

Very flexible and promotes from within, great company overall with plenty of room for creativity and advancement.

Cons

Days could be long and sporadic depending on the event but thats the nature of the beast when you are the biggest sports and entertainment company in the world.

Too much territorial control over responsibility areas. Need to work more closely as a team to leverage skill sets across the enterprise.
