Loved the company, but one bad apple is spoiling your bunch.

Pros

The people at the corporate office and in the field were great. Laid back and fun atmosphere by many staff members.

Cons

My manager was horrible. The tasks in this role were not cookie cutter. She acted like it was an imposition to train me and when I took the initiative to learn on my own she did not like that. When she finally took the time she continually contradicted what I was being taught then turned it around on me. She was verbally abusive and unprofessional most days. I had tremendous potential for that role and for the company. I just felt my skills were better suited for a manager that realized that and would treat me like an investment instead of an inconvenience.

Pros

Not many if any. Supposedly discounts on tickets though i've never seen any offered. You get paid to watch shows, (kind of).

Cons

Disorganized High expectations for fast food pay Management staff is mostly unqualified. Employees constantly jumping ship. Uniform room is a mess. Changing room is packed with people fighting over lockers. Have ridiculous schedule requirements for a part time event based job. Need to claim availability for 70% of the shows. Want you to wait in line to pick up and drop off uniform so they don't have to pay you for the time you are wasting. Break room is a joke- The break system is even more ridiculous. Made it so it's borderline impossible to have the Islanders return but you can watch a D-list basketball team. Preys on desperation of job seekers. Only take a job here if you're struggling financially and enjoy stress.
