Pros

Decent and competitive salary offered, great health benefits, a lot of employee and community programs and some perks as well.

Cons

You must be a self starter and learner with a very thick skin. They didn't have anyone there to train me so it was sink or swim in the beginning. With a company that large it was difficult.

Great company to work for, excellent people, outstanding benefits, challeging work. Flexible schedules, fringe benefits, family atmosphere. Overall great experience.

Cons

Long hours, it was a challenge to achieve the ever so critical work/life balance. The ever changing industry forced the department to make budget cuts and put pressure on the thin staff.
