The company is great and there is a synergy amongst the different departments everyone really tries to help each other out. You are around the people you work with usually more than your own family, and this really helps you enjoy your time at work, they want you to grow and constantly improve... would recommend to anyone looking for more than just a job

Cons

It takes some time to get through processes but it's due to a necessary system a checks and balances
