Decent benefits. Nuclear Power plant usually pays a little better. Good people. Safety is important. Expectations are clear. Culture is truly committed to improvement.

Cons

Unpaid OT- a lot of it. A LOT. Duty weeks, (13 a year). Quality of (personal) life is not the best.

At the end of the day, it is a door to door sales position. So it's not easy to stay motivated. However, this position is not entirely commission based.

Competitive pay and benefits with great raise and bonus structures. Supportive managers that truly care about your career growth and development and help you to achieve your goals. Truly one of the best places I have ever worked. I can honestly say I have never experienced a company so invested in its culture and employees. With just over a year at the company I know I made the best decision for my future and cannot wait to see what I can accomplish.
