Pros

The people are happy and appear to produce consistent, quality work throughout the company, management is very empowering/hands-off, the benefits are excellent and the growth potential ceiling is nearly unlimited.

Cons

The specific product training is lacking a bit, but not terrible.

Pros

Work was mostly close to home

Cons

Lead me to believe I would get benefits immediately. They just need work for major projects and then dump half the technicians if not all.
