Pros

Some plants focus on a positive culture and reward employees who do a good job.

Cons

Some plants are focused on the politics of the business and only reward those who "play the game". Poor upward mobility, hard to get promoted. Most managers refuse to tell their employees what options are available for upward mobility. Poor increases in pay. Managers focus more on looking good to their superiors and not about what is actually happening. Most upper level managers have no idea what is happening on the floor or how the actual product is made. Constantly asking people to come in for overtime or for salaried employees to work weekends/be on call 24/7.
