Pros

Starting my career with AFL in 2019 is best decision of my life. Of course, AFL offers competitive salaries that are hard to beat, but in addition to that they offer you stability and growth. I've been able to move up through the ranks within my fours years with the company and I couldn't be happier. The all-around atmosphere is cheerful and culture is so diversified. Management and coworkers are beyond helpful, respectful, and approachable. I couldn't have asked for a better company to begin my career with and eventually retire with. I'm very grateful for the chance to be a part of AFL! #weareAFL

Cons

There are no cons that I'm able to review on. AFL is a great company!
