Pros

-Starting pay is reasonable -Work is usually physically light -Management isn't hovering constantly -Listen to constructive feedback from entry level employees -Continual improvement

Cons

-Need to have more competitive pay for talent acquisition -Be transparent -Clearer training program -Promote more from within & look for talent within -Stop the "family" talk, we are not family it's disingenuous -Be transparent about where finances are going -Listen to your employees (you'll find they know more than you think you do)
