      Pros

      AFL offers many opportunities to learn and grow. The pay is good, the environment is fantastic, and it's a great place to come to every day. I would consider the jobs, from entry-level to middle management, significantly less stressful than comparative positions.

      Cons

      I don't feel that any of the cons are worth mentioning. Every person and job has rough days, but this is a great place to work.
