Pros

I have only been an employee of AFL for 2 months but thus far really enjoy working here. The environment and culture are great and the company is doing very successful and has a very good business model. I would definitely recommend working here and have already brought a colleague to AFL from my previous employer based on my experiences thus far.

I really enjoy the work and responsibilities as well as my manager and coworkers. We are a great team! As someone who has dealt with difficult management at former work environments, AFL has been a sigh of relief.

Cons

I have only been working at AFL for less than a year, but I look forward to the opportunities and growth that comes with time.
