Such a professional environment. No condescending attitudes from management. Everyone is treated with respect and given ample opportunity to grow and succeed. I look forward to coming in everyday to work with the best people in the industry. Since I've started, 6 of my previous co-workers have joined us. They've all said it was a great decision. One of them had 27 years at his previous employer. He told me he wished he'd done this jump 25 years ago... lol

It's a little further than I'd like to commute, but well worth it in my opinion.
