Pros

I was brought on in a temporary position and when I showed that I worked hard and was a fast learner and a position was needed I was offered the job. Since then I have seen that AFL encourages their employees to learn and grow within the company to achieve their personal goals and improve the company. The benefits we are offered along with the extra things that AFL does for their employee's makes it a great place to work.

Cons

I don't have any at this time.

Pros

The people are nice.

Cons

1. Insurance is only good if you don't use it. 2. Starting pay is low for the cost of living so expect to live pay check to pay check. 3. Only certain people can get overtime.
