Pros

Salary range is good for the industry

Cons

The company direction is severely lacking. Things went extremely downhill when the President/CEO got walked out the door for embezzlement about 1 year ago. Also, some of the RSM's ate knowingly allowed to make up stuff so that they look good. Be careful and watch your 6!!

Pros

You get a company vehicle if you are tech 3, but it is GPS monitored.

Cons

Poorly managed too the point where this division could be a tax write off. Poor communication from overloaded project managers. Area manager hired his father as project manager and son who is probably the company's worst employee to a junior estimators position. Its literally shocking how poorly run this division is but reflects well with the number of major contracts lost over the last few years which haven't been replaced. The employees come and go as if through a revolving door with only few favorites staying any length of time.
