AFL - The Land of Opportunities

Pros

AFL has documentation and paper trails for everything. This helps out tremendously when investigating issues. AFL likes to promote from within the company, and I am living proof of that. I've been here for over 10 years, and they have always helped me out. I wouldn't have worked here for this long if I didn't enjoy working here. I was an operator for 7 years and a supervisor for 3.

Cons

I can't say there is too much. If I had to scratch at the bottom of the barrel, I'm sure I could come up with something. But that is a testament in itself to AFL's culture and environment.
