Great benefits. Great people with many tenured employees. Hybrid work schedule allows for work/life balance. Strong financial backing by parent company, Great products. Innovative. Overall a really great place to work.

Cons

Pay is below average. Raises don't even cover cost of living. Outdated IT infrastructure for a company of this size.

The pros of being employed at AFL have been my coworkers , and management. This has been the best experience . I am enjoying my time working at this company. I feel like a very important part of a team. My direct manager has set me up for success since I interviewed with him.

Cons

The only con is that I wasn't employed here years ago.
