Pros

Management is very understanding and values your technical skills and experience. Work schedule is flexible. You could be working hybrid or remote depending on your job function. Benefits package is decent.

Cons

I've been with the company for less than year. I don't honestly have any cons comments.

The environment and culture are great and the company is doing very successful and has a very good business model. I would definitely recommend working here and have already brought a colleague to AFL from my previous employer based on my experiences thus far.
