Pros

There are a lot of people around who have been with the company 20+ years, which speaks well about the company. The company is growing fast and is in a booming industry.

Cons

No complaints about the company.

Pros

Quarterly bonuses based on performance and on time shipments. Hours. 2 on 2 off 3 on 2 off 2 on 3 off. 12 hr shifts. So off every other weekend. Adds up to be around 15 days of work each month.

Cons

Management. Very snoody people to work with. No room for growth. Once in a position you're stuck in that position. No vacation approved the last week of the month. Any vacation requested over 1 shift employee MUST find their own replacement and finding someone who is willing to work OT isn't easy.
