Pros

Never had an issue getting paid on time. Coworkers were fantastic to work with. Weekends off and hours are fantastic. Willing to work with you to make your schedule fit your domestic situation.

Cons

Hostile work environment promoted by senior vp's down through division managers, poor management, bad or non-existent safety practices, sexual harassment and harassment is ranpid.

Pros

Simple work hours 9a to 5pm, No requirement to stay late so work life balance is good. Lots and lots of community activity. Almost too much. Trying to expand through acquisition and capture more of the global markets.

Cons

Lack of modern process and procedures, everyone gets a different deal. What is CRM? Integration of acquired companies is not smooth as many acquired companies have more modern systems than AFL (finance, CMR, planning).

Pros

It has a lot of potential but is not being fully materialized. I like the fact that you can work on different projects and get to learn new skills.

Cons

They lack professionalism and no respect or no sensitivity to their employees.
