Fellow employees are easy and helpful to work with. Most employees and management that has been around for awhile is solid

Cons

New management seems like it was a good fit on paper, but in practice not a fit for the company. Understands leadership principles, but not able to apply the skills needed to truly motivate and actually lead their team.

Top heavy. Middle of the road salary. Not many opportunities for advancement without a degree. Too much micromanaging for the simple fact of too many managers.
