Pros

Great people who work hard, help each other out and get along well. A strong culture of giving back to the community.

Cons

Base pay is on the low side with an annual bonus system for staying competitive. Hesitant to hire to keep up with business growth.

Pros

there is NO management authority so you can make your job anything you want post sitting / fence sitting means everything might be good......until it isn't! leadership have fear of conflict which means you can get away without doing your job or fear of reprimand

Cons

Leadership egotistically believes it know more than anyone else and makes snap decisions without full knowledge. Management lives in fear of these whimsical decisions! National leadership provides no leadership, or authority; or decision making due to fear of getting it wrong. they pay peanuts so you get to work with monkeys this is an unhealthy company whose culture is lip service
