Pros

Working with great teams. Benefits are competitive to other places I have worked. Pay is competitive to other positions I have held. My manager and team members have bee absolutely fantastic so far. I have really enjoyed being an employee at AFL.

Cons

Not enough vacation time given in my first year compared to other companies I have worked for. One of the most important things to me is work-life balance. Being able to take time off without having to worry too much about my vacation balance is important to me.

Pros

I have felt like a part of the team since day 1. The environment has given me the time i've needed to learn a new industry without constant pressure to produce before I am equipped with the proper training and knowledge needed.

Cons

Limited office time currently (due to COVID) has slowed down my onboarding. This is not particularly an AFL problem (rather that they are being responsible about exposure), but ideally more interaction would be beneficial.
