Pros

There are some great people there. The job could be alot of fun.

Cons

Way too much push for upselling. Can't upsell someone who just wants there internet fixed or installed. Most new install customer already went through the whole upsell spiel when they signed up and are already getting the best deal. All we had to offer on site was to take more money from them. Also, be prepared to feast and famine.

Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

First and foremost, the work culture at AFL Telecommunication was nothing short of dreadful. Instead of fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere, there was a palpable sense of competition and mistrust among colleagues. Teamwork was actively discouraged, and individuals were pitted against each other, leading to a toxic and unproductive work environment. The lack of unity and cooperation among employees hindered our collective ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality work. Equally concerning was the abysmal executive leadership within the company. The executives at AFL Telecommunication displayed a complete disregard for the well-being and professional growth of their employees. Decisions were made without proper consideration of their impact on the workforce, resulting in frequent changes in priorities and objectives. This lack of stability and clear direction made it exceedingly difficult to focus on our tasks and achieve meaningful results. Moreover, the executives showed little interest in soliciting feedback or incorporating employee input, leaving us feeling undervalued and unheard.

Pros

Good, friendly and polite employees

Cons

It is not a place for skilled and technical experts as there is no professional approach and no matter what is your skill and knowledge level you will be ignored by political and amateur middle managers!
