Pros

immediate health care coverage beginning start date

Cons

Greedy multi Billion $$ company. Poor field management & support. Will not supply proper tools of the trade.(Test gear) Majority of "technicians" have NO experience in telecommunications & are extremely lazy, back stabbing, trash talking co-workers. Tremendous favoritism & family "cult" membership LOW pay Its all labor work. Nothing technical at all. Alot of hot air & inflated egos
