Pros

The people and culture at AFS are amazing. The company has a very healthy work environment. The CEO is also amazing and cares so much about the people within every level of the company.

Cons

I will provide these internally to help the company, and not cause alarm for those looking to work here. There are down sides to every company that you work for, but at AFS, the pros outweighs the cons.
