Pros

Paid health insurance for employee, reasonable PTO, decent vacation but granted as a lump on anniversary and it's difficult to take with workload.

Cons

Expensive insurance for dependents, workload, constant change, constant system issues, detached management and executives, rapid "growth" through acquisitions with seemingly little thought to integration and operation.

Pros

Employer paid Healthcare. Work-life balance. This is a great place to gain office experience and move on. Once you start here, don't expect to make much more than you started at.

Cons

Getting through to management and getting a fair market wage for your work. AFS is notorious for underpaying it's employees.
