If you can get in with the good old boys, then the company can be fun. Otherwise, good luck.

Pros

There are absolutely no pros to working here. It has been an awful experience from day one. I am glad to be gone soon.

Cons

The pay is awful, the benefits are awful. So expensive to add dependents. There is a ton of drama, policies and procedures change on a daily basis. I honestly have had a horrible experience with AFS and so have many of the folks I have talked to. I truly do not know one person who is happy here.

Most of the people are really nice, and friendly. They have a nice benefit package and good pay for a starter job but not really a long term job.

Cons

There is not a lot of room for advancement in this company, they don't really give any raises no matter how long you work there.
