Pros

The vacation/PTO policy allows you to maintain a positive balance between work and family. There is a handful of employees left that are truly great assets.

Cons

There is little to no transportation experience in the Executive Committee. As a result, bad decisions are made that directly affect the organization's ability to take care of our customers. "Ethics" is preached throughout the organization, however, when making daily decisions to run the business, ethics are never considered. The turnover with employees and customers is constant and very worrisome. It is very telling to know that the positive reviews posted on this site were solicited by the HR department.

Frustrating

Pros

Great supervisor and team. Some recent improvements to benefits, but still below average pay. Decent vacation. New corporate headquarters being built.

Cons

Top heavy management is more concerned with getting things done fast, rather than getting them done right, which is causing heavy client/employee turnover. Culture of fear/blame. Employees are treated as highly expendable. Outdated technology from years of cost saving is causing clients to leave.

Thank you for recognizing the improvements we have made. We will continue towards competitive compensation for our employees. The leadership team is committed to being simple and focused rather than rushing to meet deadlines. We are also committed to creating a culture where employees are valued and engaged. Thank you again for your advice.

I am sorry that you are disappointed. We made great strides in becoming self-funded for health insurance and the benefit offerings will continue to improve. In 2016, we offered multiple plans including a PPO and the cost for employees to add dependents to the health benefits decreased. We will also be working this year to create competitive compensation ranges for our employees. The 2016 business plan will also address decision making that focuses on client retention. Thank you for your valuable feedback.
