We truly appreciate your feedback and understand your concerns. Remote work became a lifeline for many during the height of the pandemic, and at AFS, our priority was and continues to be the safety and well-being of our teammates. While we did transition to remote work temporarily for safety reasons, as we're now four years post the beginning of the pandemic, we, like many other businesses, have had to reevaluate our work arrangements.
Regarding compensation, we strive to offer competitive packages that reflect the value and dedication of our teammates. We understand the importance of financial stability, which is why we allow additional jobs to supplement income, provided they don't conflict with our roles at AFS or compete with our organization.
It's disheartening to hear about your experience with other departments, and we take concerns about toxicity seriously. At AFS, we value transparency and actively seek feedback from our teammates. We conduct annual interdepartmental surveys to provide opportunities for teammates to share their experiences collaborating with other departments. I'm pleased to note that for the last several years, all of our business units have scored very well, indicating positive working relationships across the organization.
Additionally, we have an open-door policy in place for teammates to speak with their manager or anyone they feel comfortable with if they have concerns or suggestions for improvement. Your feedback is invaluable, and we're committed to fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment for all our teammates.
We wish you all the best in your future endeavors and hope you find opportunities that better align with your needs and goals. If you have any further feedback or suggestions, please don't hesitate to contact our HR team directly.
