- global customers, global growing team - modern technologies - good salaries

Cons

- no strategy, no leadership - utterly wrong product decisions (regarding AFS RE product namely) - the sales is a disaster

Pros

The compensation was competitive with the market place. Unfotunately, there really was not any positive things other than the compensation.

Cons

Company is a very chaotic environment with no clear direction or vision which is a reflection of senior management. CEO has very little people skills and treats employees accordingly. The companys' idea of sales training is a 300 page binder that makes a better doorstop than an trainng tool.

Lots of good talent in the day to day staffing. Solid exiting products but they are losing ground in the market.Good diversity of products in CPG.

Cons

No executive leadership or communication No commitment to develop products No overall product strategy across divisions No moral compass in sales process Too much outsourcing too India producing inferior products
