Pros

The new management team is making all the right moves. Previous CEO's flat org chart has been filled with competent departmental leaders to drive success. Moral is at all time high. New Ignition platform is crushing the market and our partners are behind us lock step.

Cons

Former CEO made some quality process improvements, which will continue to show results. Unfortunately, his coercive management style pushed many hard to replace employees with solid domain expertise out the door. These folks will be difficult to replace.
