You are only promoted if you are part of the "in" group. Keep your mouth shut or they will get rid of you. They promote temporary employees before they promote workers who have been there a long time because they dont have to pay the temps as much, People who have been there for a long time are stuck in their position and aren't even given the opportunity for promotion. I never even received training I was thrown in to it. You have to take mandatory promotions...that's a joke...no pay increase. 25 cent increase in 3 years!! And you can forget about yearly reviews!! Horrible atmosphere and morale everyone is always so pissed off. Don't question anything or you are on the black list!! So continue to do your job for 4.5 years and watch people walk in off the street and get the promotions...When I know quite a bit more about the business and company but am not even given the opportunity for advancement. You cannot tell certain mgt anything without everyone finding out about it. I cannot tell you one person here who likes working here. Everyone stays because its a paycheck. So the ones like me who really care about my job and how the business does are overlooked.

This company is a mishmash of random software companies they purchased with borrowed money. Zero integration between them. They pay little attention to their customers and are more concerned about proving to their investors that they are trying to do something ... which they aren't. I feel bad for the customers who were with the companies that AFS bought.
