You'll be told lots of lies to get you in the door. Boss was a chain smoker who was far from professional. Limited training before you are launched into a terribly large amount of responsibility. The old boy network runs the ship in Dallas. Tales of non-truth are told about every single employee. It's an unkind environment. Management takes no responsibility to document anything or properly train.
