This has led to some cuts on non-essential expenses and layoffs. The executive leadership team continues to lie to the employee base about the state of the company to try to lessen the high employee turnover.

The turnover rate in the last few months has been MASSIVE. If you look around, people look like they are being held in prison. Ridiculous expectations are set for performance reviews. You bend over backwards, working nights and weekends to meet deadlines and are given little respect for doing so. You put in 60+ hours just to get a 2% raise and a laundry list of things to improve on... Team was told numerous times in stand up that we would work 24 hours a day if that's what it took to get the application out. There is a huge disconnect between expected workload and manpower. If your teammate leaves, their workload gets added to yours.
