We appreciate you taking the time to leave your comments about your experience with AGDATA. Thank you for recognizing that we have been transparent with our employees in town halls and have been upfront and honest about our need to manage the business responsibly based on events that occurred. As you noted, we have been communicating regularly since last fall about our need to manage expenses in 2020 and the feedback from our associates has been positive about our willingness to share and be open in our discussions about the company. While it is never easy for any company to have to reduce staffing, we have also received feedback from both existing and former employees about how well we treated our impacted employees, including assisting them with their transitions and with landing their next opportunity. In response to your comment about promotions, we promoted about 10% of our organization to advanced roles within the last 14 months, these promotions were the result of the deserving employee’s hard work and performance. We take great pride that over the last few years we have increased our mobility within the organization by providing internal and external training and development opportunities as an investment in the skills of our people.
