The people were kind and inviting.

Cons

C-Level does not keep their word and only need you until they don't... then you're nothing to them, no matter how loyal you were during your time there.

The casino gaming industry is a great industry to be in, but some of the companies involved are real stinkers.

Cons

Please keep in mind that AGS does NOT do annual performance-based raises. Some years bring small cost-of-living/inflation bumps, but even those are frequently late or forgotten. If you receive a low-ball offer for a position, know that there is little opportunity for growth.
