Pros
The boots on the ground workers are fantastic and treat their jobs seriously and stand behind the work they do. It's a pleasure to work with them and make incredible looking games.
Cons
What once was a thriving company is now a shell of what they were. Constantly behind the curve of the industry and chasing trends only to be two years late. They do not take risks like they once did and therefore have lost a lot of ground. Upper management is often never around and when they do show up, throw wrenches into projects that have been signed off on months prior, pushing back hand off dates and taking a project back to nearly square one. More trust should be put into the people doing the actual work.
