A team work culture widely spread in the company and always encouraging employees to adopt core values by the time they take care of the employees. Flexibility to work.

Cons

AGS is in process to grow and expand to other countries, but sometimes it seems need to have a better planning to do so

There is a great level of respect in this office. I am able to see projects from start to finish.
