      Pros

      Some good people. Good benefits. Pto policy is nice.

      Cons

      Too much cronyism. Reliance on one manufacturer. Question sustainability along with my peers. Our clients are not naïve. They can see through the fact that we pretend we are more than a "one storage" manufacturer company. This can be inhibiting when you cannot represent multiple solutions to a client.

      Good people-good products-good relationship with one of the largest storage manufacturers-nice office-good benefits

      Cons

      Growing but we should slow down and take the time to make sure that we have the processes and people in place to support any future growth. Without it, our customers and people will bear the brunt. Smart growth is much better growth.

      Pros

      The organization offers the opportunity to work with many talented people. The opportunity could potentially exists to develop a career in a very fast growing segment of technology.

      Cons

      It has become a stagnant environment where a few are protected and the rest are left to fend for themselves. The organization was much more tight knit when it was smaller and has begun to lose its way as we have grown. The entrepreneurial spirit has taken a back seat to closed door meetings and secret conversations.
