      Pros

      Some talented engineers-Good benefits. Costly office but very nice.

      Cons

      Too many closed door conversations. Everything is a trial and error process that is conducted on the fly. preferential treatment if you are n the inner circle. If not - you are on your own.

      Pros

      I have worked here for 6 plus years and watched the organization grow from a traditional start up technology partner, to a market leading, value adding, advisor to our customers. Obviously, fast growing organization experience growing pains, but AHEAD has been able to over come those hurdles unlike other organizations that hit that point and typically fail. The go to market strategy will always change just like technology evolves. The reality is we are ahead of it and not behind it. The people, the culture and the camaraderie are the reason's I stay.

      Cons

      As I mentioned, with RAPID growth there is standard pain, but the pros outweigh the cons.

      Pros

      Ahead is such a dynamic and exciting place to work. I enjoy coming to work every day and the people I work with are some of the best I've ever met.

      Cons

      The place is growing so much it is hard to keep up with all of the new people joining the company.
