CDI is a very family oriented company with extremely talented colleagues/friends, and is a great place to grow personally/professionally. Work hard, play hard. Team-player environment.

Cons

I do not have much to say for this section. There have been some challenges with the growth of CDI but growth is a GREAT thing!

Working with the latest cloud and virtualization technologies.

Cons

Executive and Senior Management clueless. Nobody leads or takes ownership of issues. President of the firm meddles in the management of the functional areas causing confusion and frustration. Lot's of backstabbing in the upper ranks.

Big high dollar Cisco sales focus. Big money and opportunity for sales reps. Little trickle down to service engineers. Fancy annual company trip. Very high quality and smart technical experts.

Cons

Weak management. Deceptive sales. Lots of over promise/under deliver.
