      Pros

      Offers compensation in line with other companies. If you are blood related to someone on the management team then you're golden.

      Cons

      I was a female victim of sexually harassment at CDI perpetrated by a male coworker. I reported the harassment to my management and nothing was done. The perpetrator is in sales and only received a verbal warning - a slap on the wrist. The worst part of the experience was the female CEO knew all of this was happening. She does not stand up for womankind and only cares about money. The COO conspired with the CEO to terminate me because I was "trouble". Well I found out the COO and another female coworker are fooling around behind closed office doors - hypocrits all of them. good luck working at this company

      We cannot comment publicly on specific personnel issues. However, Inappropriate behavior is never tolerated and we take any charges by our employees very seriously. Sexual harassment is unacceptable and this is evident to all of our employees through our our anti-harassment policy and training. Any complaints as such would be taken seriously and perpetrators disciplined appropriately.

      Pros

      Get to work beside and with some very talented individuals. If you are have been here for a while life can be fairly easy as being part of the old guard allows you access to the best accounts and leads. The pto policy and in general the benefits package are very good and on par with the industry.We also have a nice office.

      Cons

      We are very much beholden to one manufacturer or emc, cisco and vmware. Our duty needs to be to provide our customers with best of breed technology solutions and that is hard to do when we are so closely aligned to one manufacturer. In the end the client loses and so do we as sales people. Our customers are catching onto this way of business.

      Pros

      Some talented engineers-Good benefits. Costly office but very nice.

      Cons

      Too many closed door conversations. Everything is a trial and error process that is conducted on the fly. preferential treatment if you are n the inner circle. If not - you are on your own.
