Pros

Sign on bonus offered to Nurses

Cons

Do not fall for their bait and switch. They offer a sign on bonus, their system makes it so difficult to meet the metrics to actually get the sign on bonus which is paid in increments. They also guarantee a “full paycheck” for 6 months until you build up a caseload. But then at 6 months even if you meet your caseload numbers your pay will drop by hundreds of dollars. They were not clear about what territory you drive to either. They say that you are hired to see patients in certain zip codes but then bully you too cover a larger area, making it so difficult to meet your daily requirements and often driving over 30 to 45 mins between patients.

Pros

Good work life balance. Expectations are met with time in the field and how many patients you see.

Cons

The car benefit really is not a benefit, they just don’t pay for your mileage and take money from your pay check so it’s a private lease.
