Good work life balance. Expectations are met with time in the field and how many patients you see.

Cons

The car benefit really is not a benefit, they just don’t pay for your mileage and take money from your pay check so it’s a private lease.

Management, co-workers, orientation, supportive environment minimal on call, plenty of opportunity for extra visits

Cons

Sometimes there's a scramble the day-of to move/find visits to meet your visit count for the day
