Pros
Overall good company to work for. Great compensation and the company is making a real effort to combat inflation with their extremely generous cost of living raises. They are passionate about LGBTQ+, race equality, and supporting the homeless
Cons
This all but perfect company shows no effort on the women’s rights front. Not a peep about roe v wade. And no paid parental leave, which is appalling for such a progressive company. My coworker took only 8 weeks because she could not afford to be out for the full FMLA 12 weeks. Too many childless men at the top of the AHF power structure. I bet if an internal review was done, there would even be a pay gap between men and women.
