      -Great mission, awesome co workers. Lots of opportunity to take on different projects

      Cons

      -not for profit management style, not organized. Lacking long term direction, priorities shift constantly so support from senior management is always weak.

      Pros

      I got to help a lot of people as an HIV Counselor. It's very gratifying to make a difference everyday.

      Cons

      The company overall is very dysfunctional. The mission statement claims to "value employees" and that's simply not true. They kick people to the curb in a heartbeat, turnover is huge across the board. Employees walk on eggshells and morale is very low. It's all about the money and keeping AHF in the spotlight. They bully other agencies.

      The company goals were noble and fantastic. It's a shame the staff doesn't really care about organization.

      Cons

      The entire company is very political. They do not give a new person a break. It was either sink or swim.
