      Pros

      Room to expand your knowledge. The coworkers were very nice. Very laid back environment.

      Cons

      Career progression is nonexistent. The department that you stay in, will be the department that you stay with for the next few years. Management is not clear about their goals for the department. There has been a lot of changes with management. Your manager might not do the same thing as you. Therefore, when performance review rolls around, they have no idea what you are doing and what individual development is needed to be motivated in your career.

      Cons

      Each calendar quarter's there is a layoff. Even after the federal government was paid. The Company continues for a need to save even more money for their stockholders.

      Pros

      Good benefits. Ability to work from home. Lots of opportunities and external training. They have lots of on site activities for employees.

      Cons

      poor management, poor training, the IT dept is completely useless, have to worry about your job duties getting shifted over seas then your position becomes "reduction in workforce". Very strict on attendance policy, depending on who you ask, when you ask and how you ask it is highly likely tht you will be given a different answer by everyone that works in that department. Your just an employee number to them.
